Buckwheat Pancakes
Serve with fresh salad, avocado, grilled eggplant, capsicum or whatever
else you fancy!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw Buckwheat kernels per person,
filtered water, (Optional)
dash of Organic Tamari,
pinch of Macrobiotic fine sea salt, garlic)
Soak buckwheat kernels for approx 8 hours in filtered water, rinse thoroughly after soaking and drain In a food processor or blender, blend up buckwheat with enough filtered water to make pancake consistency.
Optional – add tamari, garlic and salt and blend. Heat an oiled frypan and spoon in mixture to make pancakes. Don't turn over until thoroughly cooked one side.
