Santos Supports the AYCC to Attend Youtrh Climate Summit

On Thursday the 22nd of September at the Mullumbimby Civic Hall, The
Northern Rivers Australian Youth Climate Coalition (AYCC) with the support
of SantosLife hosted a fundraising event to support local members and
delegates of the AYCC to attend "Powershift" (a youth climate
summit).
The event presented a local premiere of the Australian film by Peter
Charles Downey -- Anima Mundi; "An unbelievably enlightening,
refreshing and inspiring look at our immediate world from a Gaian
viewpoint".
Featuring moving messages from David Holmgren, John Seed, Stephen Harding, Vandana Shiva, Michael C Ruppert and Noam Chomsky. The evening also included the launch of the new book Permaculture Pioneers -- presented by Co-Author and International Permaculture pioneer and educator Robyn Francis.
Other guest speakers included Dr Lilliana Corredor -- Environmental Educator and Earth Healer with her campaign "I Love the Amazon" and an inspiring presentation by local AYCC youth delegate and ambassador Amelia Hicks.
The evening also supported discussion time and representatives from local environmental groups and environmental campaigners.
